Acceptance and use of the service.
By purchasing, upgrading, or buying add-ons, you agree to these terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
Service scope.
Start Dynamics LLC provides the Dinzo SaaS suite, launching with Dinzo Accounting. Features, limits, and access depend on your selected plan and purchased seat quantity.
Business use and account responsibility.
You represent that you are authorized to act for your organization. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and all actions taken under your organization account.
Website and product analytics.
By accessing Dinzo marketing pages, creating an account, or using subscribed products, you acknowledge that Start Dynamics may use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy to operate, measure campaigns, improve product experience, and secure the service.
Subscription billing and payment terms.
Subscriptions and add-ons are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Fees, taxes, and currency are shown at checkout. Failure to pay due invoices may result in restricted service access until payment is settled.
Plan changes.
Plan changes, seat changes, and upgrades or downgrades follow the billing rules shown at checkout and in your account portal. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, changes apply at the next cycle boundary while previously paid access continues for the current paid period.
AI credit add-on purchases.
Purchased AI credit packs are optional one-time add-ons to your organization subscription. They are charged in full at purchase and are not prorated for partial billing periods or unused time. Purchased AI credits are not tied to subscription renewal dates and remain available until consumed. Any authorized member of your organization may consume purchased AI credits from your organization's shared balance. Plan-included AI allowances reset each billing cycle according to your tier and are consumed before purchased add-on credits.
Acceptable use.
You may not use Dinzo for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, security abuse, or infringement of third-party rights. Start Dynamics may suspend abusive or high-risk usage to protect the platform and customers.
Customer content and rights.
Your organization retains ownership of submitted business data and content. You grant Start Dynamics a limited right to process that data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service.
Third-party services.
Some Dinzo features may rely on trusted third-party service providers. Use of those integrated services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Intellectual property.
Dinzo software, branding, and service materials are owned by Start Dynamics LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Service availability and changes.
Start Dynamics may update features, pricing, and service configurations to improve reliability, security, and product quality. Material changes affecting paid usage will be communicated through official channels.
Suspension and termination.
Start Dynamics may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud risk, legal obligations, or prolonged non-payment. Termination does not waive fees accrued for completed billing periods.
Warranties and limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an as available basis. Start Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Data categories.
Start Dynamics processes account, contact, subscription, billing, support, and service-usage information needed to operate Dinzo services for your organization.
Purpose of processing.
Data is processed to deliver purchased services, manage subscriptions, secure accounts, provide support, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Cookies and analytics.
Dinzo websites and applications use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics on dinzo.co properties (for example www.dinzo.co, accounts.dinzo.co, and accounting.dinzo.co), to understand how visitors and users interact with marketing pages, the account hub, and products. This supports campaign measurement, product improvement, fraud prevention, and service reliability. Analytics data is not sold to third parties.
Legal basis and consent.
Where required, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and your explicit consents.
Sharing and subprocessors.
Start Dynamics may work with vetted service providers for hosting, communications, analytics, payments, and integrated features. Providers process data under contractual safeguards.
Security and retention.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Data is retained only for as long as required for service operation, legal compliance, and legitimate business needs.
International processing.
Data may be processed in jurisdictions where Start Dynamics or its service providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
Customer rights.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data as permitted by applicable law by contacting info@startdynamics.co.
Advance payment model.
All subscriptions, seat additions, and paid add-ons are charged in advance for the selected cycle.
Standard no-refund rule.
No mid-cycle refunds are provided for purchased plans, seats, or add-ons, including purchased AI credit packs, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved under the exceptions below.
Cancellations and plan changes.
If a subscription is canceled, changed, or upgraded, the paid service remains available through the end of the paid billing cycle, then changes are applied according to your billing settings.
Refund exceptions.
Start Dynamics may issue refunds for verified duplicate payments, selected goodwill cases, validated service-disturbance incidents, or purchased AI credit packs in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
Refund requests.
Refund requests must be submitted by the organization billing owner through official support channels with transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Purchased AI credits.
Refunds for purchased AI credit packs are not provided as a matter of course. In selected cases, and solely as a gesture of goodwill at Start Dynamics' sole discretion, a credit to your account or a monetary refund may be issued (for example, for verified duplicate charges or exceptional service issues). Any such remedy is discretionary, does not create an entitlement to future refunds, and does not waive the standard no-refund rule for AI credit purchases.
Dinzo services are provided as subscription-based software offerings for business operations. Using the platform means you agree to these Terms and any related policies referenced here.
These terms provide a high-level policy view for product users and organizations.
Your organization is responsible for account security, user access control, and activities performed using authorized accounts.
You must keep billing, contact, and account details accurate and up to date.
Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the selected billing interval, plan tier, and seat quantity.
Plan upgrades, seat purchases, and billing-interval changes may create invoice adjustments according to platform billing rules. Purchased AI credit packs are charged in full at purchase and are not prorated.
Overdue invoices may limit access to purchases, upgrades, or services until settled.

Cancellation or downgrade actions are applied according to the billing-cycle and renewal policy in effect at the time of change.
You must use the platform lawfully and may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any service, data, or account.
Start Dynamics may restrict or suspend abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or high-risk usage to protect service integrity.
Start Dynamics processes account, billing, support, and service-usage data necessary to deliver and support the service.
Dinzo uses cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, on its websites and applications as described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform, software, product names, and related materials are owned by Start Dynamics and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Subscription access grants a limited right to use the service and does not transfer ownership of software or platform IP.
Start Dynamics may improve, update, or modify features, pricing, and service configuration over time.
Where required, material changes are communicated through normal customer communication channels.
To the extent permitted by law, Start Dynamics provides the service without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation in all conditions.
